Smokers Welcome Program

We recommend that all cigar shop owners in areas with no smoking bans start a proactive "smokers welcome" program to head off any bans. In this program, you distribute store front stickers to local businesses that read "smokers welcome" or "smokers not welcome". This promotes the idea that business owners should be allowed to choose for themselves to allow smoking or not, and that consumers can choose which businesses to patronize based on those declarations.
